We have recently updated our Self Service Portal to provide you a more stable and secure environment to manage your Quark licenses. Due to the upgrade of the underlying platform, you will need to create a new password by following these steps:

  1. Click Here to access and update your account first.
  2. Enter your Customer Number and click “Get Details” button.
  3. In the following page, all your current account details will be shown.
    Please update your Password (or any other details that require changes).
  4. Click “Create Account” button.
  5. Now you can login to your account.
