We have recently updated our Self Service Portal to provide you a more stable
and secure environment to manage your Quark licenses. Due to the upgrade of the underlying platform,
you will need to create a new password by following these steps:
- Click Here to access and update your account first.
- Enter your Customer Number and click “Get Details” button.
- In the following page, all your current account details will be shown.
Please update your Password (or any other details that require changes).
- Click “Create Account” button.
- Now you can login to your account.
